How It Works

Printing (Green State)
The machine prints parts using selected extrusion technology and material feed (filament, pellet, or paste), creating a “green” part ready for post-processing. -
Debinding & Sintering
After printing, green parts undergo debinding to remove binders and sintering to densify and strengthen the final ceramic or metal structure. -
Green Machining (Optional)
Before sintering, parts can be machined for superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy — reducing the need for complex post-production machining.
