Product description

3DCeram M.A.T. = Multi-Additive Technology 3D Printing

The 3DCeram M.A.T. (Multi Additive Technology) is a versatile, industrial-grade additive manufacturing solution designed to handle advanced ceramics and metals with multiple extrusion and machining technologies — all in one robust platform.

Key Features & Capabilities

4-in-1 Additive Solution

The M.A.T. platform integrates multiple shaping technologies into a single machine, allowing users to print, extrude, and machine complex parts without changing equipment.

  1. FFF Head – Ceramic & metal filament extrusion for high-precision parts.

  2. Direct Pellet Extrusion (DPE/FGF) Head – Works with ceramic and metal pellets, offering cost savings, recyclability, and water debinding advantages.

  3. Direct Ink Writing (DIW/LDM) Head – Supports single-component or two-component pastes, including ceramics, metals, and silicone.

  4. 3-Axis CNC Tool – Green machining capability directly on printed parts to improve surface finish before sintering.

Advanced Materials Support

The M.A.T. system supports a wide range of technical materials for functional prototyping and small-series production:

📌 Ceramics

  • Silicon Carbide (SiC)

  • Alumina (Al₂O₃)

  • Zirconia (ZrO₂)

📌 Metals

  • Titanium (Ti6Al4V)

  • Stainless Steel (316L & 17-4PH)

  • Copper

How It Works

  1. Printing (Green State)
The machine prints parts using selected extrusion technology and material feed (filament, pellet, or paste), creating a “green” part ready for post-processing.

  2. Debinding & Sintering
After printing, green parts undergo debinding to remove binders and sintering to densify and strengthen the final ceramic or metal structure.

  3. Green Machining (Optional)
Before sintering, parts can be machined for superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy — reducing the need for complex post-production machining.
