High Speed
- With 8 types of material process packages for high-speed printing, production capacity reaches 500g to 1000g/day, which was verified by 240,000 hours of production-grade printing. With the printing mode of duplicate and mirror modes, production capacity will double, reaching 1000g/day.

High Temp
- Up to 100℃ thermostatic chamber design for true engineering plastic full-scale printing capability, solving warping and achieving stable shaping.
Active heating thermostatic chamber with uniform temperature distribution, up to 100℃ and the chamber temperature fluctuation range is less than 5%. Ensure lower internal stress and better interlayer bonding during printing, reduce thermal deformation and shrinkage of the model during printing to avoid warping. Especially for PC, PC material exhibits high shrinkage and is highly sensitive to temperature during forming. Consequently, as part size increases, warping and deformation issues become more pronounced with low or inconsistent chamber temperatures. With up to 100℃ heated chamber, FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO could print PC material very well without warping.
- With up to 100℃ heated chamber, the mechanical properties of printed parts greatly enhanced.
Heated chamber can significantly improve the mechanical properties (especially Z-axis performance) of printed parts. By maintaining a consistently high chamber temperature throughout the printing process, the interlayer adhesion of the material is enhanced, increasing the overall structural strength.

NEO Material Options
8 types of material printing process packages for high-speed printing include: PPA-CF, PPA-GF, PC, PC-FR, PC/PBT, ABS-HS, PA12-CF, PLA. For ABS, the tensile strength increased threefold at higher chamber temperatures. For PC and PC-ABS, higher chamber temperatures still positively impacted the mechanical properties. IDEX dual nozzle system
IDEX is the shorthand for “Independent Dual Extruders” and this is the 3D printing technique that allows two printheads to move independently from each other, but synchronised. Each head has its own nozzle and can print with the same or a different material.
Independent dual extruder (IDEX) system offers users a choice of 4X print modes:
