Intamsys ULTEM 9085 is a flame-retardant high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherImide (PEI) blend product.
It is ideal for the transportation industry due to its high strength-to-weight ratio and its FST (Flame, Smoke and Toxicity) rating.

  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Low FST (flame, smoke & toxicity)
  • Complies with FST protection standards
  • Incredible strength-to-weight ratio (compared to some aluminum)
  • Great performance in high-heat & sub-zero temperatures
  • Can be used up to 160˚C HDT
  • Ideal for aerospace and military applications, this includes aviation and railway as well
