The G20 is an ideal solution for 3D Printing parts up to 2 metres in size, using FGF injection-moulding type pellets. The G20 Robotic Additive Manufacturing System is a high-performance industrial 3D printer engineered for large-format production using fiber-reinforced thermoplastic pellets. Developed by PioCreat, it features a six-axis industrial robot with an optional 7th-axis extension, enabling complex, multi-directional printing with high precision.

G20 Robotic Additive Manufacturing System is a high-performance industrial 3D printer engineered for large-format production using fibre-reinforced thermoplastic pellets. Developed by Piocreat, it features a six-axis industrial robot with an optional 7th-axis extension, enabling complex, multi-directional printing with high precision.

Equipped with a high-flow extrusion system capable of up to 10 kg/h output and 420°C processing temperatures, the G20 supports advanced materials like PETG-GF, ABS-CF, and PC-GF. Its fully automated feeding system with dual 100kg drying cylinders ensures continuous, efficient operation for extended print runs.

Designed for industrial applications such as aerospace, automotive, and mould production, the G20 combines advanced motion control, robust material capabilities, and Piocreat’s powerful slicing software to deliver exceptional performance in demanding environments.

Industrial six-degree-of-freedom robot with optional 7th-axis for extended range (effective stroke up to 4 meters). Ideal for high-volume or long-part printing.

High-Flow Pellet Extrusion
Equipped with Piocreat’s proprietary K Series print head supporting up to 450°C and 10kg/h output, enabling the use of fibre-reinforced thermoplastics (e.g., PETG-GF, ABS-CF, PC-CF).

Fully Automated Feeding System
Includes WS Series dosing system with dual 100kg drying cylinders for continuous, uninterrupted pellet feeding up to 48 hours.

Advanced Shaping Technology
LB Series high-speed shaping clappers improve interlayer bonding and print fidelity, even in high-temperature environments.

Spacious Build Volume
Maximum print size of 2200 × 2200 × 1500 mm for producing moulds, aerospace parts, or industrial components.

Integrated Software
Powered by Piocreat Slicer, the system allows deep slicing customisation, G-code simulation, and precise process control with support for STL, OBJ formats and more.
