Sinterit BIANCO2 SLS 3D Printer
The Sinterit BIANCO2 SLS 3D Printer combines the flexibility of an open material platform with professional SLS performance in a compact system.
Powered by a 30W RF CO₂ laser, BIANCO2 has been developed for organisations that want to move beyond conventional nylon SLS applications and explore a wider variety of materials, colours and mechanical properties. Its controlled thermal environment reaches up to 210°C, while a 130 × 180 × 330 mm printing volume provides plenty of capacity for functional prototypes, end-use components and small-batch production.
Compact SLS without material limitations
Unlike closed systems designed around a limited range of powders, BIANCO2 has been created to give users considerably more flexibility over their SLS process.
It supports traditional engineering materials as well as white, natural, colourable and flexible powders, allowing businesses to produce parts where appearance, mechanical performance and functionality are equally important.
With the optional Sinterit Studio Ultimate, advanced users can also access Full Open Parameters and control up to 137 individual printing parameters, making BIANCO2 particularly suitable for material development, research and specialised manufacturing applications.
Why choose the Sinterit BIANCO2?
- 30W CO₂ laser technology – designed to support a broader range of SLS powders and applications.
- Open material platform – work with technical, natural, white, colourable and flexible materials.
- 130 × 180 × 330 mm build volume – suitable for prototypes, functional components and low-volume manufacturing.
- Up to 210°C chamber temperature – providing the thermal capability required for a wider range of polymers.
- 75–125 micron layer height – balancing fine detail with production requirements.
- Industrial performance in a compact footprint – professional SLS capability without the infrastructure normally associated with larger industrial systems.
- Open process control – optional Sinterit Studio Ultimate provides access to up to 137 adjustable printing parameters.
- Built-in camera and 9″ touchscreen – supporting convenient operation and process monitoring.
- Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connectivity for straightforward integration into your workflow.
These capabilities are specified by Sinterit in its current BIANCO2 technical documentation and product materials.
More Materials. More Applications.
One of the biggest advantages of the Sinterit BIANCO2 SLS 3D Printer is its ability to support a much broader range of applications from a single compact SLS platform.
The CO₂ laser and open-material approach allow BIANCO2 to move between technical engineering components, aesthetically focused prototypes, flexible products, personalised components and advanced material development.
This makes the system particularly suited to applications across engineering and manufacturing, automotive, medical and orthotics, consumer products, R&D, education, product development, drones and advanced technology, amongst others.
Open SLS for Research & Material Development
For companies, universities and R&D departments developing their own materials or applications, BIANCO2 can operate as an open SLS platform.
When combined with Sinterit Studio Ultimate, Full Open Parameters give users access to as many as 137 printing settings, allowing experienced operators to develop custom powder profiles and optimise the SLS process around specific applications.
This is one of the areas I would emphasise most strongly on the CDG page because it differentiates BIANCO2 from SUZY and from many other compact SLS systems.
