3D Systems dental division, called NextDent, have signed CDG 3D TECH to sell and support the new ND300 multi-jet 3D Printer in the UK & Ireland. CDG were selected as we can uniquely offer the Dental Industry for 14 years of experience in supporting the MJP (multi-jet printing) platform, with service centres across the UK and a large team of technicians and field service engineers.
Founded in 2012, NextDent is most well known for some of the very best resins and dental materials in the industry. NextDent materials for medical devices are biocompatible and CE certified in accordance with Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, listed at FDA, and registered in various other countries. They offer materials in a spectrum of colours, depending on the daily use and the preferences of customers.
The NextDent 300 is a multi-jet (MJP) 3D Printer with two-printheads, capable of 3D Printing 15x Complete Dentures in one build. The Dentures produced are monolithic, in other words the teeth and gums are created at one time. The teeth are in a strong hard material and the gums use a softer resin. Both teeth and gums can be colour-coded for an exact match to your patients needs. And, perhaps most importantly, the return-on-investment for this technology is truly compelling.
