CDG have over 20 years experience in 3D scanning, reverse engineering and inspection. We can scan pieces at our offices or on-site. If required, we can travel anywhere in the UK or beyond as the equipment is portable. We operate a large range of high-end 3D scanners.

Accuracy & Resolution

• The most accurate setting enables us to scan small objects from 3 microns (0.003mm).
• The maximum resolution is a point spacing of 20 microns (0.02mm).
• Accuracy & resolution will be selected to suit object size and level of fine detail.

Size of Object

• Minimum is the size of a pin
• Maximum standard size is 8 metres
• Up to 50 metres with Photogrammetry
