CDG offer a full prototyping and production 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing “On Demand” services for clients wanting to outsource part manufacture and 3D printed models. In terms of Shadow printing, we offer these services to our 3D Printer customers when they need extra cover.

The equipment we use enables us to select the best technology and the best materials from over 30 x 3D printers and nine different technologies.

Part Size & Resolution

We can produce almost any size of object, from very small to very large:-

• Layer thickness from 10 microns
• Wall thickness from 0.2 mm
• Length up to 1.8 metres

Delivery

For urgent projects, same day printing is offered as a premium service. Standard delivery timescales are typically 1-3 days, depending on the scope and urgency of the project. Timescales for large batches or more complex projects may take longer. Please ask for an estimate.
