Dental Open Day – 17th & 18th September 2026
Join CDG 3D TECH and NextDent by 3D Systems on 17th or 18th September 2026 for an exclusive Dental Open Day at our Derby 3D Tech Centre.
Designed for dental laboratories and professionals looking to explore the latest developments in digital denture production, the event will give attendees the opportunity to see the NextDent 300 MultiJet 3D Printer in action and speak directly with dental 3D printing experts.
We will be joined by Javier Ubeda Ortolá, Director Application Development at NextDent, alongside the CDG dental team, for a practical look at the complete NextDent digital denture workflow.
See the Complete NextDent 300 Workflow
This is more than a machine demonstration. During each session, we will take you through the different stages of the digital denture production process, from preparing a job in software through to printing and post-processing.
The agenda includes:
- Meet NextDent and CDG dental experts
- Denture colour matching using 3D Sprint software
- Live NextDent 300 3D Printer demonstration
- Post-processing demonstration
- Technical presentation and Q&A
- Opportunity to discuss your own dental applications and production requirements
Whether you are already using digital dentistry or considering bringing more denture production in-house, the Open Day provides an opportunity to see the technology working first-hand and discuss whether it could fit within your laboratory.
What Makes the NextDent 300 Different?
The NextDent 300 from 3D Systems is a multi-material 3D printing solution developed specifically for the production of highly aesthetic monolithic dentures.
Rather than printing the denture base and teeth separately and bonding them together afterwards, the NextDent 300 can produce the complete denture as a single multi-material part.
Using NextDent Jet Base and NextDent Jet Teeth materials, the system can digitally control tooth shades while producing both the teeth and gingiva within the same printing workflow.
Key benefits include:
- Produce complete dentures in a single print
- Remove the need for bonding between the teeth and denture base
- No additional post-curing stage
- Digital tooth colour matching
- Consistent, high-quality aesthetics
- Easy-to-remove wax support material
- Increased production capacity and scalability
- A more repeatable digital manufacturing workflow
From Traditional Denture Production to Scalable Digital Manufacturing
The potential of the NextDent 300 can already be seen at Evolution Dental Solutions, where the technology has been introduced into its digital denture production workflow.
The Buffalo-based dental laboratory works across crowns, bridges, implants, dentures and other restorations, combining digital scans, CAD workflows and 3D printing to reduce the number of manual stages traditionally associated with denture manufacturing.
According to Evolution Dental Solutions, its team is currently producing approximately 20 to 30 dentures per day using the NextDent 300, with plans to increase capacity further.
For dental laboratories looking to grow without simply adding more manual production stages, digital workflows can provide a more repeatable and scalable approach to denture manufacturing.
