Introduction to Piocreat
Founded in 2015 and based in Shenzhen, China, Piocreat 3D specialises in 3D printing and materials production. As pioneers in innovation, we provide advanced solutions tailored to our users’ diverse needs.
Piocreat 3D product portfolio is divided into three series – industrial-grade pellet 3D printing solutions. These products are designed to cater to a wide spectrum of users across different industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Education, and more.
Piocreat Pellet 3D Printing Solutions
The Piocreat 3D printers range offer 3 different pellets printer and they are supported via CDG as the UK distributor partner.
G5 Ultra
The G5 Ultra Pellet 3D Printer utilises cost-effective thermoplastic pellet feedstocks, ensuring high-speed production. Key features include a nozzle temperature of up to 420℃, rapid hot bed heating to 120℃, and a screw extruder design, accommodating a wider range of materials.
G12
The G12 Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) pellet 3D printer is a large-format, high-speed thermoplastic extrusion printer designed for large-scale additive manufacturing. It is particularly suited for creating sizable patterns, moulds, tooling, jigs, fixtures, batch production runs, and full-scale prototypes. The G12 is transforming a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, art and furniture design.
G40
The G40 pellet extrusion 3d printer merges large-scale, high-speed 3D printing with CNC five-axis manufacturing, excelling in thermoplastic extrusion. It’s a combined additive and subtractive machine that 3D prints workpieces nearly to final size then mills them to precise specifications. This enhances production speed, cuts costs, and optimises material use. Ideal for large patterns, molds, batches, and prototypes, it’s widely used in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and marine industries.
MS01
The MS01 High-Temperature Pellet 3D Printer is the most recent addition from Piocreat. With a chamber temperature of up to 100 Deg C and and part size of up to 650mm, this printer enables maximum performance for engineering materials, all produce from industry standard pellets.
