Sinterit Materials & Powders
Sinterit offers up to 8 different materials to use on the Lisa X, but they also allow the user for the printer to print with third party nylon powder as an open source 3D printer. The Multi PHS brings the possibility to recycle up to 95% of your unsintered powder and re-used it in a ratio mix of recycled powder and new powder. This recycling process allows you to use HP MJF old powder in the Lisa X. Find on the below some Sinterit materials options:-
Sinterit Powder Options:
- The PA12 Industrial offers a high resistance nylon 12 with very good dimensioning accuracy of prints. Perfect for functional prototyping, jigs and fixtures and end use parts.
- The PA11 CF (carbon fibre) is a bio-derived (castor oil) powder composite material based on Polyamide 11 enhanced with Carbon Fiber for better performance and rigidity.
- PA11 Onyx
- PA11 ESD
- Flexa Performance TPU Polypropylene PP
- PBT Optimal
- PA12 Smooth
Third Party Powder possibility:
- The PA12 powder from HP machines (4200 and 5200 series) the Lisa X will help you reduce the volume of wasted up to 90% and gain access to the cost effective PA 12 material at the same time. Recently Sinterit have added a new profile to our Sinterit Studio Advance software that allows you to print from wasted PA 12 powder.
