Industry of use for Inkbit 3D Printer

Industrial Automation Components

With the Inkbit Vista system, traditionally machined and moulded assemblies can be simplified and consolidated for improved performance and reliability. Integrate pneumatic circuits and introduce soft contact surfaces while streamlining production, minimising tooling, and reducing replacement part inventory.

Manifolds & Fluid Handling

The Inkbit Vista system allows the geometric freedom of 3D printing, while offering highly chemical resistant materials with higher endurance than other additive manufacturing solutions on the market.

Wearables and External Medical Devices

Eliminate injection mould tooling costs and save time on silicone moulding by directly printing on the Inkbit Vista system. Vista prints soft, silicone like parts with fine, complex features at production speed.

On-Demand Production

Unleash engineers’ creativity with production-scale additive manufacturing on the Inkbit Vista system. Vista offers unparalleled production capacity and part quality with fast, hands-free post processing. Inkbit’s materials remain durable over long periods, enabling end-use parts with long service lives.

Inkbit Materials

VCJ removes many of the limitations that are present in other additive manufacturing technologies, allowing us to develop material families that have the properties needed for end-use applications.

Titan Tough Epoxy 85

Specially formulated for durability, Titan Tough Epoxy 85 delivers enhanced performance for applications that require both high accuracy and production-grade mechanical properties. With mechanical properties like those found in widely used AM thermoplastics, this new material is suited for applications where part tolerance stack-up challenges require individual components to be accurate, so assemblies fit together.

TEPU 30A

TEPU 30A is ideal for functional prototyping of rubber or silicone applications requiring a 25-35A shore value, offering a soft-touch feel and 200% elongation at break.
