Cimatron is a fully integrated CADCAM software, used by toolmakers worldwide, with an end-to-end solution for designing and manufacturing tools including molds, dies, and electrodes, as well as programming any CNC machine for molds, dies, plates, and discrete manufacturing.
The Conformal Cooling Design uses applicative tools to design conformal cooling channels and dramatically reduce the injection cycle time by using additive manufacturing technologies. Called Cimatron 3DP Mold: it includes both automatic and manual conformal cooling design methods. It is essential for safe design of conformal cooling channels, as it detects collisions with other components or holes nearby, thereby significantly improving cooling circuit creation. It also include the Thin-long wall analysis. This tool can also prove useful for traditional cooling designs Conformal Cooling is part of the Mold Design Package
